larvikite
larvikite is said to be used for cancelling/unsaying magic spells. it
will also remove dedications on stones (say you have a stone & decide
you want to give it to a friend). put the stone you want to undedicate
with a piece of selenite (to help clean it out) & then program the
larvikite, telling it which stone (& ONLY that stone) to undedicate. you
can enhance this by adding smoky quartz, which helps break up
thought forms. which is what you're doing when you dedicate a stone:
leaving a thought-form impression within it.
the larvikite will also help remove programs from other stones
(again, giving it clear instructions) or the energy of other people/pets
with whom the stones have been in contact. & yes, if you're around
your pet frequently when you wear your medicine bag, your stones will
begin to resonate to your pet. altho this can be to some extent helpful if
you have a familiar, you'll need to clean this out occasionally. altho
your pet--or even your spouse--might not be leaving negative energy,
they will leave their vibration in the stones. their life & lessons are not
yours. (direct sharing of stones is strongly discouraged, especially if
obsidian). i find it a good practice not to wear stones over a chakra
when the animal is within your aura, & probably often the same room. i
have had stones resonate to my cat as well as myself when my
medicine bag was on my person, not on a chakra. & obviously if you
have a significant other & sleep with stones under your pillow, they will
not only "feel" the stone (at least subconsciously), the stone will
"learn" them. so it's not a bad idea to draw these energies out
occasionally.
